At Bikester Global Shop, we want you to ride in style and comfort. If your gear doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack the Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags, labels, and protective films intact to ensure a successful inspection.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality team inspects the gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
